You must not

  • Share, sell, lend or publish your access details or login credentials.
  • Rebroadcast, re-stream, record for distribution, or otherwise redistribute any stream or content.
  • Use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or any security measure.
  • Probe, scan, overload or disrupt our servers, website or network.

Third-party apps and devices

Install player apps only from official app stores or developers you trust. Modified or unofficial apps can compromise your device and your access details, and we cannot support them.

What happens if this policy is breached

Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we may issue a warning, reset your access details, or suspend or cancel your subscription, as described in our Terms of Service. Where a breach causes harm to others, we may be required to report it to the relevant authorities.
