Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation and refunds work for IPTV Apollo subscriptions.

Cancellation

IPTV Apollo plans are one-time payments for a fixed access period and never renew automatically. There is no recurring charge to cancel: your access simply ends when the period you paid for ends. If you would like to stop using the service earlier, you can request a refund as described below.

When you can request a refund

We review every refund request individually. There is no fixed refund window and approval is not automatic; we consider each request on its circumstances. Situations we will look at include:

  • You were charged but your subscription was not activated.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The service does not work on a device we list as compatible, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue after you have followed the relevant guide.

Your statutory rights as a consumer — including any cooling-off or withdrawal rights that apply where you live — are not affected by this policy.

When a refund may not be available

  • Requests we are unable to approve after reviewing the circumstances, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Problems caused by your internet connection, device, or a third-party player app that is not compatible with the service.
  • Accounts suspended for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy.

How to request a refund

  1. Note which plan you bought and when you bought it.
  2. Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7575 825397 or through the contact form with those details and the reason for your request.
  3. We will review the request, tell you whether it is approved and, if it is, process the refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal, or another method we agree with you. The time it takes to appear depends on PayPal and your bank. When a refund is issued, the related subscription is ended.

Partial refunds

Where a plan has been partly used, any refund of the remaining time is considered as part of the individual review described above. We do not apply a fixed formula.
